Spirit Tribe Xtreme Shipping Policy

At Spirit Tribe Xtreme, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our shipping processes, delivery times, and costs.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Standard Shipping(3-7 business days): $5.99 or FREE on orders over $75.

- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.99.

- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $29.99.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Order Processing

- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Spirit Tribe Xtreme is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Spirit Tribe Xtreme is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

- We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

- Packages that are undeliverable or refused will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
